Shipping policy

  • All payments are made using secure payment processing at checkout.

  • Please do NOT ship your order to PO Boxes and holding facilities. Sabrie & Co cannot be held liable for product spoilage, melting and/or leaking due to PO box holding or mishandling once the order has been delivered.

  • All orders take up to 5 business days to be processed and prepared. Weekends and holidays are NOT included.

  • Once your order has shipped you will receive an email notification regarding your shipping and tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for USPS to scan your package in.

  • For updates on your package you will need to contact USPS customer service directly on updates with tracking. Sabrie & Co is not responsible for any delayed, lost, stolen or damaged packages.

  • All items are shipped via USPS. We do NOT offer express or overnight shipment at this time.

  • If your tracking information states your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must take this up with the United States Postal Service.

  • Please make sure your address is correct and updated. EXAMPLE: If you live in an apt complex you MUST include your apt number to make sure you receive your order.

  • We are NOT responsible for mistakes on addresses.
